Our biomechanics specialists are expert in educating clients in technique because how an exercise is performed is just as important as what it is. Clients receive the highest level of attention and instruction throughout their workouts. At Core Muscle Activation, the quality of every rep matters.

Each client is assessed prior to working out using Muscle Activation Techniques™ in order to determine the current state of his or her mechanics and what opportunities for motion are available. It’s like checking all of the parts before taking the car out for a drive the first time.  Exercises are selected to be appropriate and challenging on an individual basis.

The principles of RTS® (Resistance Training Specialist) inform the personal training at Core Strength Inc. Particularly important is the  principle of Microprogression®, the idea that exercises should be progressed in the smallest reasonable steps.
